Life Extension Pod

Order the life extension POD

What is The Pod?

The pod is an open source and easily upgradable tool, combining various synergistic therapies and health diagnostics to both physically benefit the user and measure dozens of the user’s health readings creating a detailed profile of the user.

What does it do?

From a user experience perspective, The Pod allows a human to lay in a chamber that looks like a large transparent bathtub which then delivers several therapies at once which work in concert to increase mitochondrial efficiency to allow a higher output of ATP production.

Redlight and NIR
Nanobubbles

Steps for Use:

1. Once inside the person connects themselves to a clear tube called a Nasal cannula (NC), a device typically used to deliver supplemental oxygen, which is instead used to deliver pure hydrogen gas.

2. While laying down in the pod, the lights are turned on dosing the person from head to toe with the most effective wavelengths of near-infrared (NIR) light found to date.

3. After 20 seconds while the light and hydrogen gas are still being delivered, the tub starts to fill with water containing oxygen (O2) nanobubbles and then stops once water level reaches about 1 inch above their chest or belly.

4. The user stays in the pod for the next 45-60 minutes (based on their preference).

5. Water starts draining at the set time and then once finished draining the user can get out having been simultaneously dried.

Therapeutics Delivered:

Red/NIR (Red Light/Near Infrared) – Our custom light panels are 3024 LED’s producing the most effective wavelengths available (9072 watts of light therapy power, split among 4 wavelengths 615nm, 675nm, 755nm, 825nm). The lights pulse these wavelengths with great accuracy independently of each other between 1 and 80,000 hertz. Our panels act as both a lubricant and catalyst for the electron transport chain, a crucial part of ATP synthesis.

Hydrogen gas – 600ml per minute of hydrogen gas inhalation, used to neutralize one of the most harmful and reactive free radicals found in the body, the hydroxyl radical. Hydrogen is also an electron transport chain fuel which gives additional fuel to our Mitochondria.

Hydrogen Gas Formula H2 or H:H

Hydrogen Atom with single Electron in 1s Orbital

Oxygen (O2) Nanobubbles – O2 bubbles are generated to be within the island of stability (40-200 nanometers in diameter) giving us the ability to raise the potential dissolved oxygen concentration from the maximum found in nature of 7ppm, to 26ppm. Supersaturating water with O2 causes Oxygen to diffuse across the skin when the user is immersed in the water, thoroughly oxygenating the person, further fueling the electron transport chain, and essentially allowing you to breathe for the first time in your life through your skin.https://old.oval.bio/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/VideoOfGirlGettingOut.mp4

Future Therapies:

Near Term:

Electron donation – In the future we will connect the user to an electrically insulated but ionically conductive salt bridge on one end, and then on the other end an electrically conductive probe we can donate electrons to the person. Those electrons target free radicals and signal to the body to come out of inflammation and into recovery.

Galvanic Nanobubble bath – this is a purely synergistic therapy where we utilize an electric current different from the electron donation to make the user’s body attract nanobubbles into it. This should allow much more rapid uptake of nanobubbles and also drive them deeper.

Long Term:

IV drip delivery of nutrients for increasing mitochondrial efficacy Blood filtering – An infrequent practice of running the blood through dialysis like machines to remove senescent cells and other dysfunctional proteins and compounds.

Potential Benefits of the Rejuvenation Pod

To date, these therapies have been analyzed separately, displaying amazing benefits and data for each, but in concert have yet to be studied. For this reason we are writing protocols for two separate studies. One, to measure and log the effects of the pod on various skin conditions, such as eczema, acne, anaerobic bacterial infections. With a second study measuring blood ATP levels and how they change overtime after a pod session.

Observed to Date with great consistency (many after only one session):

Accessibility and Modularity:

The vision of the pod is to be an open source easily upgradeable platform providing low cost access to functional life extension technologies all in one modality, which others can build and add to.

Right now with the current therapies of red/nir lights, nanobubble oxygen water and hydrogen gas inhalation, its effects have it behaving descriptively more as a rejuvenation pod than a life extension pod.

With this design we and others can add new or better therapies and diagnostics without the pod owners needing to keep buying a new pod each time, in this way we can help future proof a pod as an investment against one gen becoming obsolete against a next generation pod.

Diagnostics:

Included with the pod are diagnostic devices, such as a wrist watch like attachment that measures blood oxygen, heart rate variability, stress levels, and blood pressure.

Data & Diagnostic Synergy

The pod is also useful beyond it’s Therapeutic benefits. Due to it’s wide variety of diagnostic sensors, it can be used essentially as a diagnostic interface. By cross-referencing data, each sensor aids one another to see into its individual blind spots. Currently, we can take the data from the 3D body scanner, hydrostatic weighing, and bioelectrical impedance. Each of these has limitations with accuracy based on missing information that the others can help provide.
